John,

On behalf of my entire team, I want to thank our veterans in New York and across the country for their selfless service and sacrifice.

We are only able to enjoy our unique rights and liberties here in America because of their heroism - it’s important we acknowledge that on Veterans Day and every day we wake up in the most exceptional nation on Earth.

As a veteran myself, I know firsthand that freedom isn’t free.

It’s paid for in the blood, sweat, and sacrifice of those brave men and women who put on the uniform and defend the United States of America from all enemies foreign and domestic.

That’s why I hope you’ll join me in thanking a veteran in your life today for their service.

We owe everything to our noble military heroes past and present - let’s keep that sentiment in mind as we recognize today’s Veterans Day.

And if you’ve served yourself, allow me to send a personal thanks from the bottom of my heart for your tireless commitment to protecting our country.
