The sacrifices made by veterans for our country are incomparable. We owe them so much for their service. Today offers us a chance to express our gratitude and recommit to supporting them.

I've been working for our veterans since I was Mayor of Phoenix. In 2013, I fought to find housing for every homeless veteran in Phoenix. In 2019, my initiatives to improve veterans' quality of life were signed into federal law.

We must continue to serve Arizona's veterans — because they served to protect and defend us. Take time today to thank a veteran and reflect on their service to our great nation.
