The Resilience of Identity Youth
2020-2021
Annual Report
We are honored to share Identity’s latest Annual Report. We invite you to get to know our youth and families, their stories of persistence and resilience and their great progress toward realizing their full potential.
As our Annual Report shows, we remain dedicated to keeping young people engaged in education, older youth engaged in work skills development and parents equipped to help them. We are doing this while delivering radically expanded life-saving case management, client assistance, and mental health support. With the involvement of so many community members, staff, Board members and allies like you, we wove together a safety net to aid nearly 47,000 neighbors in FY21 whose health, mental health, work and schooling were threatened by the scourge of COVID-19 that hammered low-income communities and communities of color.
We thank you for your involvement in Identity’s work. Together, we are supporting our community through unforeseen crises while advancing our shared vision of a just and equitable society that nurtures all youth and is enriched by their contributions.
Take a look and see for yourself what our youth and families accomplished.
Un muy fuerte abrazo,
Diego Uriburu
