Hi John,

People across the political spectrum are saying that 2022 is going to be a banner year for Republicans.

I hope not, but I’m worried it might be true. Can you chip in a couple dollars to help me win, keep this seat blue, and fight for housing for all, Medicare for All, and the Green New Deal in Congress?

It would be terrible for our country if — in the midst of Republicans stripping away voting rights in the states — the GOP took hold of Congress. Especially since it already has the Supreme Court.

Democrats should fight back harder against them. Trump should be indicted for his many crimes, as should Stephen Miller, Steve Bannon, and the rest of Trump’s gang of thugs. Protecting voting rights, reproductive freedom, and same-sex marriage at the federal level should be a no-brainer for Democrats. Instead they’re letting Republicans walk all over them.

We need to stand up to the establishment in both parties: Republicans for their many attempts to turn the U.S. into a theocracy and Democrats for their unwillingness to stop them.
