John,

Radical leftists have been working overtime lately, so our phones are ringing
off the hook right now with new cases – but I wanted to step away for a moment
to give you a quick update.

I have to tell you - With you on our team I think we’re unstoppable!

Last month, our CEO, Harmeet Dhillon, reached out to you because Senator Alex
Padilla and Twitter officials were trying to get our lawsuit against them
dismissed before any discovery or further hearings could take place.

As you may remember, we’re suing U.S. Senator Alex Padilla and Twitter because
they illegally colluded to censor our client, Rogan O’Handley.

They don’t want this case to see the light of day because they know what they
did is wrong, and they don’t want ANYONE to know about it.

So, they hit us with FIVE motions to dismiss this critical lawsuit.

But we fought back.

We moved as fast as we could and filed five briefs in response defending our
case.

They knew this would cost us time and money.

But thanks to you, we were able to draft and submit these briefs faster than
you can say “stalling tactics.”

Your support made our rapid response seamless.

And thanks to you, the case to preserve free speech online will continue.

I cannot thank you enough,

Mark Trammell

Subject: They think they're above the law

John,

Twitter, U.S. Senator Alex Padilla, and the state of California all think
they’re above the law.

As you may remember, we are suing U.S. Senator Alex Padilla, Twitter, and
other government officials for their politically motivated censorship of Rogan
O’Handley.

And Twitter just fired back, trying to dismiss our critical lawsuit, but we’re
fighting back.

Which is why I’m asking you to stand up to Twitter’s ridiculous motion with a
donation of $35 or more right now.

Rogan O’Handley used to be verified conservative influencer on Twitter, but
was de-platformed simply for asking questions about the 2020 election…

…and we have ironclad proof that then Secretary of State Padilla’s office
illegally colluded with Twitter to shut down free speech.

We caught them red-handed in their attempt to carry out unconstitutional
viewpoint censorship.

But late last week, Twitter and the California government tried to get our
case to restore Rogan O’Handley’s right to free speech thrown out completely.

They presented the judge with nothing more than phony arguments.

They literally tried to argue that one e-mail between the two entities didn’t
amount to unconstitutional collusion.

But, as you know, where there’s smoke, there’s fire.

You and I both know it wasn’t just ONE e-mail.

It’s clear that there was a system set up between the Government of
California, their consultants, and Twitter to remove anyone who challenged the
liberal agenda.

Someone had to fight back, or Twitter and other Big Tech companies will take
this model and use it to shut down every single conservative voice.

With your help, that’s just what we’re doing.

Please continue to stand with us and with Rogan against Twitter and California
with an urgent donation of $35 or more today.

The bad news is that we now have to rush to prepare a five briefs in response
to their ridiculous motions.

You see John, Senator Padilla and Twitter are terrified at what might happen
to them if Rogan is allowed to testify and discovery moves forward.

I think they know they broke the law, and they know that Rogan’s story could
hurt their reputation and lose them this case.

That’s why they’re trying so hard to get the case dismissed now... And it’s
also why we need your help.

Will you rush in a contribution of $35 today to make sure we have the
resources to prove to the judge that Twitter, and Sen. Padilla’s motion to
dismiss the case should be denied?
<[link removed]>

Our work is cut out for us, and we need your help if we are going to get
everything done on time.

Senator Padilla and the cronies at Twitter think they’re above the law... With
your help, we’ll make sure they know they have to play by the rules too.

Sincerely,
