John,
The losses in Virginia earlier this month were a wake-up call to Democrats that they need to chip away at rural Republican strongholds. The best way to do that is to show voters that Democrats are delivering results — and that’s exactly what the infrastructure plan does.
The infrastructure bill signed into law by President Biden is a bold, once-in-a-generation investment in rural communities — including rebuilding roads and bridges, expanding access to broadband, and ensuring clean drinking water.
And of course, hardly any Republicans supported these critical investments in rural infrastructure.
If we are going to protect the House majority next year, we need to make sure that rural voters hear our important message and know that Democrats are looking out for them — while Republicans are happy to leave them behind.
Will you please contribute today so rural Democrats have the resources they need to communicate their winning message to voters?
