SHOCKER: These maps dilute the voting power of Black and brown voters across the state.
From purposely splitting counties with large minority populations to purposely rushing the redistricting process, these maps are designed for one reason. To keep Republicans in power. Georgians deserve fair and transparent redistricting with maps that accurately represent the people.
GOP lawmakers have used the redistricting process to rig our elections and hold onto power for too long. It’s time for fair maps that represent the interests of the people, not an easy re-election for politicians.
