The general agencies of the United Methodist Church provide dozens of FREE resources for local churches. Here are a few new options related to NextGen ministry:
Crash Courses in Youth Ministry ebooks: These three ebooks are filled with practical tips and basic wisdom that you can read today and put into practice tomorrow. If you are a part-time or volunteer youth worker, these crash courses are especially for you.
Children's Bibles and Books by Topic: View a list of books, vetted by Children's Ministry Leaders, on a variety of topics ranging from spiritual formation to social issues.

Giving Tuesday Opportunity
Giving Tuesday is coming up, and this year the Mozambique Initiative is supporting sewing and design centers that teach teenage girls vocational skills. Share this Giving Tuesday campaign with your students and encourage them to support teens in Mozambique this holiday season!
Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University is offering virtual campus visits. Introductory Connect events give students a chance to introduce themselves to the Office of Enrollment Management staff and to learn about the degrees and programs available at SMU Perkins — both on the Dallas campus and through the hybrid Houston-Galveston Extension Program.
NextGen Ministries is looking for young adults, ages 18+, to lead its 2022 traveling summer camping program. Camp counselors work within NextGen Ministries Day Camps to help produce a God-inspired, fun-filled, life-changing week of camp for everyone attending. This paid position will operate from early June through the first week of August. Counselors travel the state of Missouri and make life-long friends while leading worship, small group and activities. Peculiar United Methodist Church seeks a part-time, 10-hours weekly student ministry director. The church is located directly between RayPec South Middle School and RayPec High School, which allows for some amazing opportunities to connect with 6th–12th graders. The United Methodist Church of Chillicothe, approximately 90 miles northeast of Kansas City, is seeking its next full-time Director of Family Ministries for a growing ministry. The right person will have a dynamic, tangible relationship with Jesus Christ grounded in Scripture. UMC of Chillicothe is serious about showing Christ to the world outside the walls of the church. As you create disciples in Christ you will need to connect with children and students, parents and leaders, and have a passion for shepherding families and developing leaders in both traditional and non-traditional settings.
