The Biden administration is facing one crisis after another.

But rather than dealing with the supply chain disaster, border crisis, skyrocketing inflation, rising gas prices, and the many other mounting problems, President Biden is waging a war against the pocketbooks and the freedom of his fellow Americans and forcing them into unemployment.

As you may have heard, the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) released their emergency rule—at Biden’s direction—requiring private employers with 100 or more employees to mandate Covid-19 vaccines.

This mandate is a blatant abuse of power from the federal government dictating the personal medical decisions of millions of Americans. It’s making it illegal for people to provide for their families. And it is unlawful and unpopular:

We’re not alone in this thinking––the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals over the weekend temporarily halted the Biden vaccine mandate and decried OSHA’s rule as having “grave statutory and constitutional issues.”

Lawsuits are one way we can stop this unlawful mandate. Another way we can fight this mandate is to weigh in with public comments.

The administration is required to address comments on the new rule, and a heavy volume of comments puts a strain on their resources and ability to execute policies.
