Veterans Day is tomorrow. To mark this special day, we are honoring a former client—Ayna, a lesbian asylee from the former Soviet Union—who has taken the path to defend our freedom.

Without her service to our country, the rights of LGBTQ and HIV-positive people in the U.S. would not be guaranteed.
