John,
One of the worst pieces of legislation we've ever seen just won't die.
A year after the most contentious election in U.S. history, President Biden, Senator Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, and the radical Left are STILL trying to take over the entire election process. They want another vote on HR1/S1; they just keep changing the name – like we wouldn't notice.

This bill is a constitutional nightmare. It's a "socialist wish list," says ACLJ Senior Counsel for Global Affairs (and former Secretary of State) Mike Pompeo.
It enshrines into law everything that went wrong with the 2020 elections – forcing states to mail out ballots to all residents, banning states from implementing any meaningful voter ID measures, and legalizing ballot harvesting. It invites fraud and eviscerates the integrity of our elections.
It takes state control of elections away from states and puts it in the hands of DC elites – a direct violation of the Constitution.
It would also UNDO the victory we won against the Obama-Biden IRS and weaponize the IRS to once again target conservatives. In fact, at the same time, they're trying to DOUBLE the size of the IRS to spy on you.
Sen. Schumer wants to vote again SOON on this dangerous bill to permanently entrench the Left's power and remake America into Biden's America. We must fight back.
At the ACLJ, our legal and Government Affairs teams, including Sec. Pompeo, are mobilizing to defeat this legislation in the Senate and challenge it all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. We must defend the integrity of our elections and the Constitution. But we need YOU.
