Reproductive rights, anti-discrimination laws, separation of church and state, and now policies that curb gun violence.
Nothing is safe from the extremists on the Supreme Court.

John,
The Supreme Court just heard the first arguments in the biggest gun case in a decade, New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. Bruen — and I’ll give you one guess as to how this is likely to play out.
The case challenges New York’s right to implement sensible gun control laws. If the conservative supermajority sides with the NRA-backed challenger — which they've given every sign they will — state gun control laws with a proven track record of reducing gun violence would cease to exist.
This Court has already put lives at risk by allowing Texas to forge ahead with its cruel abortion ban. Now they are about to expose our communities to more out-of-control gun violence because of the Court’s far-right judges’ extreme and dangerous agenda. Our leaders must take action immediately.
How many more lives will the conservative supermajority on the Supreme Court put at risk before they’re stopped? Take a stand and demand Court expansion NOW!
Without adding seats, Congress will not be able to address the gun violence epidemic, restore the right to vote, ensure reproductive freedom, protect workers, halt our climate emergency, or pass new legislation. Court expansion, which can be accomplished without a constitutional amendment, is the only reform that enables the un-rigging of the system and the restoration of democracy.
43 members of Congress — and counting — are now official co-sponsors of the Judiciary Act of 2021, something none of us could have imagined just a few short years ago. This movement is growing every day. But we must continue to speak out until balance is restored and the people’s Court is returned to us.
This is a matter of life or death. It’s time to demand action.
Take action! Add your name to the growing call to expand the Supreme Court. We can do this.
Thank you for using your voice today,
