Let’s get some basic facts straight:
Criminal statutes exist for a reason. If a criminal commits an offense, the criminal should face the consequences, and prison populations should be set strictly on that principle.
But not according to Kathy Hochul and her far-left cohorts running New York into the ground…
They believe prison populations should be set based on political calculations.
And get this! The reason why Hochul shuttered prisons is because she thinks prison populations are just naturally decreasing out of the blue!
But you, me, and every other American with common sense know this hasn’t been due to a decrease in crime - it’s because One-Party rule has been ignoring public safety and siding with criminals over law-abiding New Yorkers.
It’s about time we say enough is enough - criminals should be in prisons, our safety should be the priority, and lawless politicians like Kathy Hochul should be nowhere near the governorship.
