While Democrats fail to prioritize security on our Southern border. Mike has
introduced a series of bills that will strengthen our immigration courts and
combat the Biden border crisis:

 

Empowering Immigration Courts Act –– America’s immigration courts are
toothless. They don’t have the authority to impose criminal fines on anyone in
contempt of their court, and this bill would finally give them the power to
fully enforce the law.

 

Illicit Arms Trafficking Security Enforcement Act –– 70% of all weapons seized
from cartels are smuggled across the border. This bill would create a
specialized unit within the Department of Homeland Security to crack down on
this illicit arms trafficking to keep Americans safe.

 

Supporting Mexico Against Corruption Act –– Cartels thrive under the support
of corrupt Mexican government officials. This act would require the President
to impose sanctions on any Mexican government official involved in supporting
cartels and their illegal activities.

 

These common-sense reforms are desperately needed on our southern border right
now.
