NILC and our partners have outlined how Senate Democrats can still win on immigration. Read our memo to Congress.

We are at a very pivotal moment in our fight for a pathway to citizenship,
Friend. Last week, the U.S. House of Representatives stripped citizenship from the
House’s Build Back Better bill, and unfortunately, Congress adjourned soon
after.

Though this is a temporary setback, it’s not the end of our fight. In fact, NILC
and our partners have outlined how Senate Democrats can still win on
immigration. Read our memo to Congress.

Now more than ever, your members of Congress need to hear from you. Join us in
calling on Senate Democrats to deliver citizenship for millions of immigrants.

Delivering a pathway to citizenship is still possible despite the Senate
parliamentarian advising against including it in this piece of legislation.
Senate Democrats must use their power under Senate rules to override the
parliamentarian's arbitrary decision and enact permanent relief for millions of
immigrants who call our country home.

Friend, tell your senators not to squander this
once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We need citizenship now.

half-measures. There is no equitable recovery without immigrants. It’s time to
deliver.

Thanks for being in this fight!
