For Virginia’s 2021 elections, Democrats trotted out the same tactics and organizations they used in the 2020 elections. Philanthropies and wealthy leftists funded profligate mail-in voting and fake grassroots get-out-the-vote efforts by Vote Forward, the Voter Participation Center, and Center for Voter Information. Yet the top disburser of Zuck Bucks, the Center for Tech and Civic Life, went surprisingly quiet in Virginia.
