For a limited time, Arlington residents can sign-up for a FREE 30-day Capital Bikeshare membership with unlimited 45-minute rides on our classic bikes.  

New to Capital Bikeshare? These red shared bikes are located in over 500 docks around the region, including over 100 in Arlington alone. With a membership you can use a bike anytime, anywhere! 

How to Redeem 

Visit capitalbikeshare.com online and follow these steps: 
  • On the homepage, select the red ‘JOIN’ button on the right side of the page. 
  • On the bottom of the page, click ‘* or sign up monthly for $0/30 days.’ 
  • Select purchase. 
In the the CaBi or Lyft app and follow these steps: 
  • Select a 30-day membership for $0 under ‘Ride Plans.’ 
  • Tap the side menu and select ‘Ride Passes’ or ‘Ride Plans’.  
  • Select 30-day pass.  
  • Select purchase.  
Last day to sign up is November 22, 2021. As a member, you’ll pay the discounted rate of $0.10 per minute for ebikes. Overage and dockless parking (ebikes only) fees apply.
