Henry Cuellar is the most conservative Democrat in the U.S. House. He is
one of the only Democrats opposing the progressive policies in the Build
Back Better Act. He was the only House Democrat to vote against abortion
protections in September.

Cuellar even feeds into right-wing scare tactics on immigration. This is

We endorsed Jessica Cisneros, the progressive fighter running against
Cuellar, on Day 1. She’s an immigration attorney and a fierce supporter of
a Green New Deal and Medicare for All. While Cuellar is on Fox News trying
to divide and conquer people with lies, Jessica works with immigrants to
secure their rights. While Cuellar is taking corporate cash from
Republicans and Big Oil to obstruct the Democratic agenda, Jessica is
working for a Green New Deal.

The differences couldn’t be more stark. But here’s the thing: Nearly 90%
of Congressional races are won by the candidate who spends more money. The
most recent available data shows that Cuellar has more than *$2 million*
in his campaign account. Jessica has just a fraction of that, but with our
support and the support of grassroots donors like you, we can still win.

Wall Street, fossil fuel, and corporate PAC money will keep flowing to
Cuellar as primary day approaches. We’re relying on a flood of grassroots
donations — $5, $27, $50, whatever folks can afford — to help us close
this fundraising gap.

The political establishment will do absolutely everything it can to stop
more Justice Democrats from winning a seat in Congress. They don’t want to
see Cuellar lose, even though he opposes most of the Democratic agenda.
