Dear Friend,
Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court heard the first of two cases involving fundamental challenges to Roe v. Wade. In both of them, I am defending reproductive rights, joining with other State Attorneys General to urge the Supreme Court to halt the abortion ban in Texas as unconstitutional and to uphold Roe. As always, I am inspired in this work by my mentor Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

As you know, I am fighting hard to win this case and to win the race for Colorado Attorney General in 2022. One year from now, I am very likely to face a candidate committed to overturning Roe and rolling back critical advances in protecting equal rights for all. That’s just one of many reasons why this race matters.

Please share with your friends that we are fighting for Roe. And let them know that it matters to have an Attorney General to help lead that fight. Many voters are not aware of the fact that our state AGs are on the frontlines of defending against unconstitutional attacks on equal rights. Please share this description of our work to defend Roe. As Colorado’s Attorney General, I am committed to fighting for freedom and equality. That’s what is now on the line at the U.S. Supreme Court. As always, your donations help us as we work toward victory in 2022.

Thank you for trusting me with this important work.
Phil
