Tell the Senate vote against NDIA CEO powers in the NDIS Bill

Hi there,

We need your help.

People with disability, families and the people who support them have told us loud and clear that they are very worried about changes to the NDIS Act [[link removed]].

In particular - a change that would allow the NDIA CEO to make changes to anyone's NDIS plan - without their consent.

But together we can stop this.

We need everyone who cares about the NDIS to email our Senators and ask them to vote against changes to Section 27A - or scrap the new NDIS Bill entirely [[link removed]].

The Senate can stop this from happening. They are elected to represent you - so let's make sure it's easy for them to know how you want them to vote later this month.

The Section 47A change is "particularly dangerous as it could depend on the CEO, their integrity, and the needs and wants of the Government of the time!" - Joe, Victoria

We know everyone is really tired. But we know you also want to be heard. So we have made it as easy as possible for you to take action.

That's why we have set up an email form on our website - all you need to do is pop in your details and hit send. The email is written and ready to go.

Our community is powerful when we work together.

We first came together 10 years ago to fight for the NDIS - and we won. This year we won the fight against independent assessments. Now we need to roll up our sleeves once again - and stop the CEO power change from getting through Parliament.

We can win this. But not without you.

Can you please take a minute or two to email our Senators? [[link removed]]

Thank you for all that you do.
