Before you read Monica’s message on rural Montana below: Did you see Monica in the news this weekend? The New York Times highlighted our race in a story about Democrats need to rebuild their connection to rural America.

Rural Montanans are hurting right now, and Democrats -- not Republicans -- have the policy solutions to uplift our rural communities.
➡️ Making historic investments in our infrastructure, including roads, water ways, and broadband.
➡️ Taking on mega corporations like John Deere for forcing a near monopoly on farm equipment.
➡️ Innovating our climate policies to curb the devastating effects of droughts, wildfires, and more.
But one key obstacle stands in our way: our party’s lack of connection to rural Americans. That’s why we need more Democrats with rural roots in Congress. Folks who know how to communicate policy with rural values, and without judgment or condescension.
I’m running for Congress to break through partisan divides and get to work for rural America. Will you chip in $3 to help send me there?

When I was growing up on my family’s ranch in Eastern Montana, it didn’t matter if you were a Democrat or a Republican.
What mattered was that you cared for one other, did right by each other, and allowed everyone to achieve their personal best.
Montana hasn’t yet reached her full potential -- I truly believe that the best still lies ahead for this state. But we need the right leaders and policies that will actually get us there.
I’ve fought my whole career for the people of Montana. I know what we need to restore rural America, and I’ll work harder than anyone to get it done.
So, what do you say? Can I count on you to pitch in just $3, or anything you can, to help send this rural Democrat to Washington?
