[International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day]([link removed])
This year’s International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day, also known as Survivor Day, takes place Saturday, November 20. The annual event is an opportunity to connect with others in your local community who have also been affected by suicide, and who understand. Each Survivor Day event, virtual or in person, will feature an AFSP-produced film on suicide loss.
We also welcome you to join us for a special “Healing After a Suicide Loss” [#SurvivorDay Twitter Chat]([link removed]), taking place at 2 pm ET on Wednesday, Nov 10. Topics discussed will include feelings commonly associated after a suicide loss; coping with unanswered questions; strategies and resources for navigating grief, and much more.
The event is co-sponsored with To Write Love on Her Arms, the Born This Way Foundation, and The National Alliance for Children's Grief.
You can follow along and participate on Twitter, using the hashtag [#SurvivorDay]([link removed]).
