Take the Type 2 Diabetes Risk Test

We're welcoming in week two of The Big Step Up, and we're
focusing on early detection of diabetes to prevent complications.
Living with diabetes is hard enough, but often with diabetes comes
related complications in your vision, hands, feet, kidneys,
and heart.
Here are the stats:
* Every 80 seconds, an adult with diabetes is hospitalized for
heart disease
* 56 people with diabetes undergo amputation each day
* 159 people with diabetes develop end-stage kidney disease
each day
* Diabetes is the leading cause of new cases of blindness
among adults
Early detection of diabetes is proven to prevent life?altering
complications. You-and your loved ones-will be thankful
you took the first step in understanding your risk.
That's why we are happy to provide the Type 2 Diabetes Risk
Test to everyone for free! We're able to offer this resource and
others like it at no cost because of support from people like you.
