We are honored to share Identity’s latest Annual Report ([link removed]) and Evaluation Report ([link removed]) . We invite you to get to know our youth, their stories and their great progress toward realizing their full potential.

Taken together, these reports are a window into Identity’s 20^th year serving Latino and other youth and their families in our quest to find even better ways to make positive and lasting impacts on Montgomery County’s young people. We believe an investment in their social-emotional, academic and workforce development is a decisive investment in the future of Montgomery County.

We celebrated Identity’s 20^th anniversary by honoring each young person’s resilience and celebrating their achievements, while never losing sight of the challenges and injustices they face. Their great promise is a constant inspiration to our staff and Board.
