Parental rights are critically important.

 

American parents absolutely have the right to make decisions about their
children’s education.

 

This should be common sense – but the radical left thinks otherwise.

 

Fortunately, parents are fighting back, in a big way.

 

Last week, the citizens of Virginia stood up and defeated former Virginia
Governor Terry McAuliffe, a candidate for governor who said “I don’t think
parents should be telling schools what they should teach.”

 

According to exit polling, education was a primary factor in deciding who to
vote for in the gubernatorial race.

 

Parents around Virginia showed up, made their voices heard, and won.

 

Virginia’s parents have been right the whole time – They know better than the
government what’s best for their kids.

 

Here at the Center for American Liberty, we’re actively fighting for parental
rights in California, where Governor Gavin Newsom is trying to eliminate
parents’ right to choose where their children attend school by forcibly closing
private and religious schools.

 

We filed our Brach v. Newsom lawsuit on behalf of parents who wanted their
freedoms protected. And while we won at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals,
Newsom asked for a rehearing en banc.

 

Newsom and his powerful allies know what a pro-family victory would mean for
the future of parental rights – so they’re desperate to defeat us... 

 

Whether it’s Critical Race Theory, Transgender bathroom policies, or school
choice, parents should have the ability to guide their children’s education.

 

The government and radical leftist groups like Antifa would like nothing more
than to dictate what our children learn, how and where they learn it.

 

It’s up to patriots like you and me to take a stand and defend our rights.

 

The people of Virginia showed the nation that it’s possible for parents to win.
