Liberals are anxious because the ground is shifting beneath them. They thought that liberalism gets to define what is right and what is wrong.
The New York Times just published a front-page article: "On the Left, a New Scramble Over the Right Words to Say: BIPOC or POC? Equity or Equality? Debate Over Language".
I love the timing because this week, I just published a brand-new book on the same topic: How To Speak Liberal. These words and ideas are very important — on both sides of the political spectrum. The problem is that no one knows what are the new definitions. And those on the Left are afraid of being cancelled for using the wrong word!
For example: BIPOC is often defined as "black, indigenous, people of color", but may also mean "bisexual people of color", according to the New York Times. Read my book, How To Speak Liberal, because I give the true meaning of BIPOC: Blaming Internal Problems On Capitalism.
Another very important acronym for conservatives to understand is ESG, frequently defined as "environmental and social governance". The actual, real-world definition: a method of investing that disregards profit. Do not invest in any company that uses ESG as a metric because the company defines success as being WOKE!
I hope that you will find this book both helpful in understanding the new lingo of the Left and humorous, because we should laugh at silliness. (I'm sending a copy to the New York Times since even the newspaper of record is confused by the new language of the Left.)
The book has over a hundred words with their new definitions. Another example: Hostile Work Environment: when your co-workers vote Republican.
