Big news, John:
The U.S. House just passed a massive, bipartisan infrastructure bill that will make critical investments to infrastructure in Montana and across the country, and now it is off to President Biden’s desk for his signature!
I know firsthand that passing bipartisan legislation is no small task. I am grateful for Montana’s own Senator Tester for his leadership in bringing this package together, and grateful to everyone who helped deliver these historic investments. The $1 trillion infrastructure package will keep Montanans safe, healthy, and connected, and create good-paying jobs along the way by:
Repairing roads and bridges across the country, along with updating and expanding rail travel and public transit;
Improving our water and energy infrastructure and mitigating the growing effects of climate change;
And expanding broadband internet access to more homes across rural areas like Montana!
But sadly, Montana’s current sole U.S. House Representative, Republican Matt Rosendale, voted against all of these benefits for Montanans.
This is exactly why we need to ensure Montana’s new representative in Congress is a Democrat willing to make progress for the people they were elected to serve. And with your help today, I will be that leader.
Help us continue to move Montana and our country forward: make a grassroots contribution of $10 or whatever you can to help send me to Congress to pass more legislation that improves the lives of Montanans like this one.

Now, we need the House and Senate to come together to pass the Build Back Better Act — a sweeping legislative package that will invest in quality childcare, universal pre-K, paid family leave, long-term care services, and clean energy tax credits. Let’s encourage our leaders to keep up the good work and deliver!
