In the wake of the overwhelming losses Democrats experienced in the Virginia elections, we need to get serious about increasing voter outreach, engaging hard-to-reach populations, and staffing up our campaign. Most urgently, we need to hire a Communications Director who could help us break through all the noise and drastically increase our campaign’s visibility on TV and in local and national news.
