We are ecstatic! Late last night, House Democrats passed President Biden’s infrastructure plan.
This historic bill is a once-in-a-generation investment to overhaul our nation’s infrastructure. Here is what it will do for our country:
- It means better roads and bridges for our country, many of which are currently in poor condition.
- More investments in public transit, making it easier to get around our country.
- Getting rid of lead pipes that are making our children sick.
- High-speed internet access for every American.
- A big step to address the climate crisis.
- And 700,000 more jobs a year to make this all happen.
This bill is one of the most significant investments in our country’s infrastructure. It’s a true testament of what we can do when we elect more Democrats to Congress and protect our majority.
