John,
This is not the news we wanted to see heading into the weekend:
NEWS | Jake Sherman | Friday, November 5, 2021
Trump Fundraising For Republican at Mar-a-Lago
Former President Donald Trump will host a January fundraiser for the top
Pennsylvania GOP Senate candidate in January.
Trump is holding a massive fundraiser — up to $25,000 per person — to
bankroll the top Republican candidate in this Senate race and keep PA red.
Pennsylvania is the #1 opportunity for Dems to flip a Senate seat! We
can’t afford to be outraised and outspent here reaching voters. [ [link removed] ]Can you
help counter this big influx of GOP cash by donating $5
right now before the weekend?

With Trump’s full backing, the Republicans could break major fundraising
records. Just to give you a kind of idea of Trump’s fundraising prowess,
he raked in $20 million once in a SINGLE night during a virtual
fundraising event.
We can’t fall behind, because the reality is 8-in-10 congressional
elections are won by the candidate who spends the most money.
John, the
good news is that while Trump and the Republicans have a bunch of donors
who can afford to give $25k each on their side, we have something much
more potent: a genuine grassroots campaign with hundreds of thousands of
supporters. For example, if everyone reading this email donated just $1,
we could instantly match the sum raised by nearly 40 max-out donors to our
opponent.

help us counter this Trump fundraising event? We can compete
dollar-for-dollar, but only if a lot of people step up today to chip in.
Thanks for everything you’re doing to help win this pivotal election.
Sincerely,
Eric Stern 💙
