John, right now,
the Supreme Court is hearing arguments on the Texas abortion ban. S.B. 8
is an extreme anti-abortion law that bars abortions after just SIX WEEKS,
with no exceptions for rape or incest.

A coalition of nearly 120 DAs and other leaders signed a letter demanding
that the Supreme Court block the Texas abortion ban.

DAs that YOU helped elect are on that list: Kim Foxx, Jose Garza, Rachael
Rollins, Monique Worrell, Stephanie Morales, Kim Gardner, and Diana
Becton.

They know this bill is harmful to people who are seeking abortions,
specifically Black and brown people.

They know this bill is harmful to public safety and undermines public
trust.

This shows that when we elect DAs who stand up for the people and stand up
for justice, they take on these fights without hesitation and do what’s
right.

the people no matter what – including the right to an abortion?

If S.B. 8 is upheld by the Supreme Court, that could mean the end of Roe
v. Wade.

Ensuring that we can elect DAs who will protect the people they represent
— and fight against extreme laws like this extreme anti-abortion bill —
has NEVER been more critical.

Thank you for standing with us,

Real Justice
