| The Voting Rights Act (VRA) was one of our nation’s proudest civil rights achievements. In 2013, the Supreme Court gutted it and since then, right-wing politicians have made it far more difficult for American voters to cast their ballots. Here at the Montana Democratic Party, we believe in democracy. We think that all eligible voters should be able to cast their ballot without obstacles, intimidation, or unnecessary provisions that stand in their way.
