My team let me know that we needed to raise $6,500 yesterday to get our October fundraising on track. They also told me that we fell short.

It’s tough to get news like this given how important reaching our fundraising goal is. I won my last race by only 1,017 votes, and Republicans will be scrutinizing my fundraising numbers for signs of weakness. That's why it's so important that we make up ground tonight.

Will you please help close the gap? We’ve got a hole to fill. It’s pretty urgent but with your help, I think we can do it. $3 or more would go a really long way, if you’re able.

Mitch McConnell and his allies poured record-breaking amounts of money in to New Hampshire to defeat me last time, and they’re bound to do it again. If we miss our fundraising goals, they’ll buy this seat back for another Republican in Trump’s back pocket.

I know we ask a lot of you but since you’re one of my top supporters, I’ve got to ask again: will you please give $3 or more to protect New Hampshire’s Democratic Senate seat?
