Friend,

Our reproductive rights are under attack across the country, and Texas’s near-total abortion ban is still in effect. The Supreme Court heard arguments on the ban this week, but they chose to allow it to stand while they deliberate.

Let me be clear: everyone deserves access to the reproductive care they need, regardless of wealth or zip code. And I’m still fighting to guarantee it.

This fall, I was proud to champion my friends and colleagues Judy Chu, Ayanna Pressley, Veronica Escobar, and Lois Frankel’s bill -- the Women’s Health Protection Act -- which would protect our reproductive care. But until we abolish the filibuster, this key measure won’t pass in the Senate.

Can I count on you to join me in doing whatever it takes -- including ending the filibuster -- to fight for our reproductive rights?

JOIN ME

The de facto abortion bans in Texas and Mississippi and the restrictive laws in Republican-controlled states across the country will have a disproportionate impact on working communities, LGBTQ+ communities, communities of color, and communities with barriers to healthcare.

Which means it’s on all of us to fight back. Will you be a part of it?

Together,
Nydia
