The biggest risk to Baroness Meacher’s Assisted Dying Bill is that it simply
runs out of time. The next stage is committee where the Bill is interrogated
line by line. The last time we got to this point there were more than 130
amendments to the Bill, including attempts by opponents to derail the Bill and
draw out this process. This can take days of parliamentary time which can result
in the Bill receiving broad support but not having the time to pass.
By signing today

specifically to give assisted dying a fair hearing.

This letter will reach Downing Street at a vital moment for the campaign. If you
want your signature to be on it, please make sure you add your name as soon as
possible.
All best wishes,
Sadie Kempner
