Late on Tuesday night, before the Virginia Governor’s race was called, I texted my dad to talk to him about how things looked.

I told him I was feeling nervous. If Virginia could flip red, Pennsylvania could too. But you know what my dad said?

“We’ve got to get to work.”

That’s my dad. He knows the race to keep Pennsylvania’s Governor’s seat blue is going to be tough — and that we need to get our head in the game now.

My dad isn’t one to back down from a big fight. He never has, and he never will. He’s going to put in the work to win this race, and we need to too.
