And while Tim spoke out about the dire need to protect our right to vote, Rep. Jeff Van Drew voted against this bill in the House to advance the GOP’s nationwide voter suppression scheme.

The John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act vote was our best chance to finally restore and strengthen the Voting Rights Act of 1965, but the GOP just ruined EVERYTHING.

We can no longer stand on the sidelines. We need to make our voices heard loud and clear before Republicans get their way and completely dismantle our democracy.
