Tuesday night’s results weren’t what we’d hoped for. But, amid the sensational headlines and the hot takes, we know one thing for sure. We must continue to strengthen the cohort of motivated and talented people working on campaigns. Today’s political fights are hard and important and we need people like you in them armed with the knowledge and skills it takes to win.
This 2.5-day virtual training on December 10-12 is designed for campaign professionals who want to deepen their data skills and aspire to hold (or currently hold) 2022 campaign leadership roles.
We’ll cover everything from data tools used to create universes, to goal-setting, to data-driven strategy. We will also give you the hard skills to navigate spreadsheets and analyze data (models, spending plans, polling, etc.) |

We want participants to leave this training understanding that data isn’t magic. Using data takes time, training, and discipline to ensure information collected by a campaign is useful and reliable.
Graduates of this training will also gain access to various services and support through our talent program, including resume workshops, networking, one-on-one career coaching, and Arena recommendations when applying to jobs. Apply before Sunday's deadline.
