Representative Travis Clardy has a record that speaks clearly:
- Recorded opposition to the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act (SB22). He wanted YOU to pay for the elective abortions of your fellow Texans.
- Did not support the banning of elective abortions on babies based on their race, gender, or perceived fetal abnormality (HB 2434).
- Did not support the repeal of the anti-Life 10-Day Rule (HB3158). He thinks hospitals should be able to pull the plug on patients against their will.
- Recorded opposition to an amendment that would have removed state funding for hospitals that commit elective abortions (Amendment 287 on HB 1).
