Build Back Better’s Transformative Childcare and Early Learning Policies [[link removed]]

BY JULIE KASHEN | Build Back Better’s provisions could lower childcare costs for nine out of 10 families with young children in the U.S. while improving the quality of the early education they receive, raising wages and covering the costs associated with higher quality care.
