Proposed dog park plan
Village Board OKs dog park for 2022
The Oswego Village Board on Tuesday evening approved proceeding with plans to construct a dog park near the Village?s Public Works Facility, located at 100 Theodore Drive. The proposed dog park would include two separate recreation areas to accommodate both small and large dogs. The concept includes a training area and additional amenities as the budget allows.
?Oswego is a great place for families, and we want every family member to have a spot for recreation,? Village President Troy Parlier said. ?This is a prime opportunity that leverages existing resources, and I?m looking forward to seeing families and their pets at our new dog park next year.?
