When we started this journey, D.C. didn’t think a former baseball player named J.D. Scholten could beat a career politician like Steve King -- no matter what horrible, racist or misogynistic things he says or does.

Almost a year ago, we hoped to win -- and we nearly did it.

This time, we expect to win.

Even Nate Silver’s FiveThirtyEight blog says this “could be the end of the line for King.”

But J.D. can’t do it alone. John, he needs grassroots supporters like YOU standing tall with him each month. That’s how we’ll have the resources to campaign across the 39 counties in Iowa’s 4th district. Chip in $5 or more before Thursday’s end-of-month deadline.
