All eyes have been on Virginia the last few days, as both parties try to decipher what it means for their future. At the Renew America Movement, we’re focused on what it means for America and the pro-democracy movement. In case you missed it, you can watch our take here.

Perhaps the biggest takeaway is this: the challenges facing Renewers in 2022 are immense, but not insurmountable.

Next year we’ll be facing anti-incumbent headwinds, and the full pressure of part-first political machines. The ever growing culture wars will challenge even the savviest political candidates, while the extremes try to discredit or even demonize principled opposition.

That’s why we have to stand together, and show the dividers in Congress that the American people demand better from our leaders. That’s our mission in 2022 and beyond. Can we count on you to drive this movement forward?
