Victory! This week three RepresentUs supported campaigns passed Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) for their city elections!
Way to go Ann Arbor, MI, Broomfield, CO, and Westbrook, ME!
By allowing voters to rank candidates in order of preference, RCV means more voice, more choice, and more power for voters.
These wins pile onto other victories in 2021, including four laws in Maine to strengthen democracy and modernize elections, and a universal vote by mail law in Vermont.
