After kowtowing to the radical National School Boards Association, which demanded domestic terrorism laws be enforced against parents, the DOJ tried to walk back this troubling policy.

• In San Francisco, school board members were caught on a hot microphone making derogatory comments about parents.
• Fairfax County, Virginia, the largest school system in the Commonwealth, instructed social studies teachers that “critical race theory is a frame” for their work, even though officials claimed CRT is not part of the curriculum.
