| John, Today, the Biden administration officially announced its unconstitutional vaccine mandate requiring all private employers of 100 or more employees to force unvaccinated employees to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, be subject to weekly testing, or lose their job. This is an egregious abuse of power, and it's imperative that Republican leaders in Texas act, NOW! Over 4,200 grassroots activists have already signed our petition urging Gov. Abbott to call a 4th Special Session. Meanwhile, millions of Texans continue to be at risk of losing their jobs and livelihood due to companies imposing unconstitutional vaccine mandates on their employees. The Texas Legislature accomplished great work for the people of Texas over the course of three special sessions, but there is unfinished business that still needs to be addressed. The Texas Legislature must return for a fourth special session to ban vaccine mandates for good! Tennessee has already completed a three-day session to address mandates, and Florida is calling a five-day session later this month. Texas must help lead the way. We know our elected officials are tired of being in Austin, but there is no reason why the Texas Legislature can't get this done in as little as four days. A brand new NBC News poll shows a majority of voters OPPOSE vaccine mandates! Will you help us urge legislators to stand up for medical freedom and ban vaccine mandates in Texas? Here's how you can immediately take action with two simple steps: Step 1) Call your State Representative and State Senator; a phone call is more effective than an email. If you don't know who your Representative or Senator is or their phone number, click here. Step 2) Urge them to release a public statement supporting a four-day, 4th Special Session to ban vaccine mandates in Texas. Tennessee and Florida have done it, so can Texas!
