During our Strategic Planning Session, IYD will look towards enhancing engagement throughout our organization as well as chart a course for our work.
The Strategic Planning Team will conduct an analysis of the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to determine a mission and vision for the organization, and develop a plan outlining strategic goals, objectives, and strategies. The more we hear from you, the more effectively we are able to organize and in turn, strategize.
