Friends,

For months now - the Faculty Association and the California Teacher’s Union have been spending tens of thousands of dollars to recall Trustee Mike Allman, San Dieguito Union High School District.

Mike is a businessman with conservative leanings, and he has shaken things up on the board. Mike has advocated for safe re-opening and a return to campus, encouraged the “Let Them Play” parents, worked to enhance self study programs so students could make up for lost time, been a resource for concerned charter school parents, and in short continued on his promise to put parents and students first.

Naturally, that has upset the unions and they are working overtime to secure recall signatures prior to November 16th.

This Saturday, November 6th., myself and some Team Maryott volunteers will be walking to support Mike and counter the selfish and disruptive actions of these groups. We will meet right off the 5 on the Del Mar Heights Road exit.
