John,

I’m deeply disappointed with the results of last night’s election, but I am so proud of our team's work over the past several months. Thanks to your donations and the hard work of our staff and volunteers, we won four of the six House races where we knocked doors.

I want to take a moment to thank Terry McAuliffe for his continued commitment to our Commonwealth. Now we must confront the challenge ahead of us:

Virginia families are still recovering from the ongoing health and economic crisis. Our communities are still facing the consequences of racial inequalities and climate change. These challenges must be met with bold solutions and not band-aids getting us from one crisis to the next.

Now is the time to come together and get to work for all Virginians. I am optimistic that together we will build stronger communities and a stronger Commonwealth.
