Last night, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that the U.S. House will
hold a formal vote on impeachment proceedings against Donald Trump this
Thursday.

To be clear: Democrats don’t need to hold this vote in order to move
forward with impeachment, but with Trump and his Republican allies
claiming process violations in an attempt to cast doubt on the legitimacy
of this investigation and keep anyone in the Trump administration from
testifying, Pelosi decided it’s time to box Republicans in.

Look, the impeachment inquiry is happening, it’s legitimate, and it’s
entirely legal as outlined in the Constitution of the United States…
obviously.

Republicans know that too of course, but that won’t stop Senators Lindsey
Graham and Mitch McConnell -- plus a whole slew of House conservatives --
from coming up with a new reason to attack Democrats for doing their jobs
and their duty to this county.

That’s where we come in. DFA fights back... always. Not just today. Not
just tomorrow.
